FleetHub is a fleet management platform. This policy explains which personal data we process when you use FleetHub, and why.

2. Data we process

• Account data: name, email address and the company you belong to.
• Fleet data: vehicles, bookings, drivers and damage reports you enter.
• Technical data: sign-in events and logs for security and proper operation.

3. How we use it

We use your data to deliver the service (signing in, managing bookings, sending notifications), to keep the service secure, and to support you. We do not sell your data.

4. Processors

To deliver the service we rely on carefully selected third-party providers, for example for application hosting, database and authentication, and email delivery. These providers only process personal data on our instructions.

Appropriate data processing agreements are in place with these parties. A current overview of the processors we use is available on request via our contact details.

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When a company stops using FleetHub, the data can be deleted on request, subject to any legal retention obligations.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
