Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. About FleetHub

FleetHub is an online fleet management platform that lets transport companies manage their vehicles, bookings, drivers and damage reports. By using FleetHub you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

A company registers with an administrator account. The administrator is responsible for managing the users within their organization and for keeping login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may only use FleetHub for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not misuse the service, bypass security measures, or access data belonging to other companies.

4. Data and isolation

Each company has its own isolated workspace; one company's data is never visible to another. You remain the owner of the data you enter. See our privacy policy for more information on how we process personal data.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates or technical issues may temporarily affect the service.

6. Liability

FleetHub is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the service or by email.
