Deleting your account and data

FleetHub is fleet management software for companies. Your account belongs to the company that invited you. Here is how to have your account, and the data that goes with it, deleted.

How to request deletion

1. 1Ask an administrator in your company
   An administrator can remove you under Users. Your access stops at that moment and your personal details are removed from the company.
2. 2Or write to us
   Send an e-mail from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete account”. We confirm within 30 days.
3. 3Closing the whole company
   An administrator can ask us to close the company account. We then delete the company with its vehicles, bookings and damage reports.

What is deleted

• Your name, e-mail address and sign-in details.
• Your bookings, your damage reports and the photos you added to them.
• When a whole company closes: its vehicles, documents and mileage records as well.

What is kept, and for how long

• Invoices and payment records, for as long as accounting law requires us to keep them.
• A copy can remain in a backup until that backup expires in the normal rotation.
